'你的耳朵怎么这么大呀'——祖母床前的这段问答，大概是全世界最有名的童话对白。但很多人不知道，小红帽的故事有一个黑暗得多的'原版'：法国作家佩罗在 1697 年记录的版本里，狼吃掉小红帽后，故事就结束了，没有猎人，也没有获救——它本是一则警告年轻女孩提防陌生'狼'的残酷寓言。格林兄弟收录时加上了猎人剖开狼肚、把大家救出来的结局，还添了'往狼肚子里塞石头'的情节（和《狼和七只小羊》如出一辙），让故事对孩子更友好。这个版本还很特别地带了一段'续集'（第五个场景）：小红帽再次遇到狼，这次她学乖了，和祖母一起用煮香肠的水把狼引下屋顶淹死——说明她真的从教训里成长了。读的时候可以和孩子聊聊：两次遇到狼，小红帽的做法有什么不同？
